Membership
| Regular | Any licenced amateur living within 80 km(1) of the City of Burlington | $30.00 |
| Associate | A person that has an interest of amateur radio but has not attained an Industry Canada Amateur Radio licence, sometimes referred to as a Short Wave Listener (S.W.L.) | $30.00 |
| Family | Each additional member of a Regular member's family living at the same residence. | $7.50 |
| Long Distance | A Regular member or Associate member that lives at least 80(1) km from the City of Burlington. | $15.00 |

Prior to the first Club meeting in September, a personalized application will be mailed to each paid-up member from the previous Membership year. |

Members are requested to review and correct changed or erroneous information before returning the membership form with their payment. Please PRINT all changes for legibility. |
| Privacy Waiver |
|
Privacy of Information Legislation requires members review the privacy information and sign the waiver, to be included in Club membership lists. Any applications that are returned without the privacy waiver signed will have all personal information except name and call sign withheld from Club Publications. Please Note: Callsign, name and address are public information databases available from the Radio Amateurs of Canada or Industry Canada's call sign database. |
